Paul Diddy is a twenty-eight year old American artist. Diddy's diverse artistic practice, which is inspired by the frenetic sampling of hip-hop culture--encompasses collage, painting, drawing, film and sound work. Diddy uses this disparate array of mediums to explore paradoxical questions about mysticism, time, and space. He is known as dj tonight, dj ALLCAPS, yantra, and Paul Tyree-Francis. He co-directs golden PARACHUTES, a project space based in Berlin with his wife, Jesi Khadivi. |
